Your account
- You sign in with Google. One account per person, please, and keep your Google account secure.
- You must be at least 13 to use CurbMuse, and an adult (or have a parent's permission) to buy credits.
- New accounts get 3 free credits. To prevent abuse, free credits are limited per network, so some new accounts may start with none.
Credits
- One credit makes one AI design, or scans one house photo in the paint visualizer. Trying colors on a scanned photo is free.
- If the AI fails to return a result, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
- Credits from one-time packs don't expire while your account is open.
- The Contractor plan adds its monthly credits at the start of each billing period. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and sales tax. If something went wrong with a purchase, email hello@curbmuse.com. We refund a credit pack in full if you ask within 14 days and haven't used any of its credits. Subscription payments aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
Your photos and designs
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the designs you make.
- You give us permission to process your photos only to provide the service (including sending them to our AI provider). See the Privacy Policy.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or invasive of someone's privacy.
- If you share AI designs publicly, for example in a property listing or a sales proposal, make clear they are AI-generated previews where honesty or the law calls for it.
What AI previews can and can't do
Designs and paint previews are ideas, not plans or guarantees. AI can change details, miss parts of a house or get proportions wrong. Colors look different on every screen and in real light, so always test a real paint sample before you buy. Check sizes, materials, plants, permits, HOA rules and building codes with a qualified local professional before you build anything.
Our color swatches are our own named colors. Any paint brand or color names you enter belong to their owners, and CurbMuse isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any paint maker.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or resell the service, or get around credit limits (for example with many accounts or automated requests). We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and availability
We may change features, prices or these terms. Price changes never affect credits you already bought. We'll update the date at the top and tell signed-in users about important changes. We try to keep CurbMuse running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and liability
CurbMuse is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions or purchases you make based on an AI preview, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
